Some of the most tasiest island style fusion tacos we have had! You can tell the craft that goes into their food. But the ube churro style mochi is a shining-star on the menu! Whew! Do yourself a favor and get “The Works” to get a tour of the different proteins and styles of their tacos! Gabe and his family are awesome people!

Their Detroit-style pizza made locally in Las Vegas is the highlight of the food truck scene. Their pizza is of the highest quality and Brett makes sure of it! He is a big advocate for food trucks and their culture. Make sure you secure your pizzas on their website or hangout wherever they’re parked until they’re finished. Be careful! They’re always pipin’ hot!

SOMETHIN TO TACO BOUT

One of the newest to pop up in the local food scene, but their food does not lack the experience in flavor. In addition to their catchy name, their truck shows up with lights and music that provides that party vibe whenever you grabs some tacos from them. TIKI’S LV

We had the pleasure of meeting this couple in a previous venture and kept in contact with them. Funny how it all works out, right?! Tiki’s serves up some of the tastiest beef dogs in Vegas and even have a secret menu item! Did we mention they have a vegan option? Las Vegas’ volleyball home team competes against other in one of the American leagues called the NVA. Comprised of some of the city’s local time in connection with players from around the world, they aim to take their talents to the championship and win that cup! Some of the best shave ice, if not THEE best, in Las Vegas aka the 9th Island. Grab it in a paper bowl or a hallowed out coconut, but their flavors are all natural, not overly sweet, and so refreshing on a hot summer day. The proclaimed originator of the Las Vegas shrimp lumpia is the marquee item from Yo Quiero Lumpia. Aside from the heavenly shrimp in a crunchy blanket, they have a bunch of other items on their menu. Very nice people to work with and hope for more crunchy adventures in the future!
